Apply a quarter-sized amount to the breast area and gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. Use needed as part of your self-care routine. For external use only. Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Do not ingest. This topical is designed to disperse heat and unwanted elements away from the breast, it is important to support other parts of the body that contribute to elimination of toxins such as the lymphatic system. COmbining this topical with lymphatic herbs creates a synergystic efferect.
